A: Our physical address is 1119 Shiloh Church Road, SUITE C, Hickory, NC 28601, United States.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: We are open Wednesday to Friday from 11:00a to 7:00p, Saturday 10:00a to 2:00p, Sundays - CLOSED. Mondays & Tuesdays by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Ordering & Payment
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order by contacting us via phone at 828-234-2098 or email at jason@rockbottombranding.com. If you are placing a DTF order, please visit our website @ www.rockbottombranding.com to upload your artwork.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards, Venmo & PayPal. Payment details will be provided during the ordering process.
Q: Do you offer bulk order discounts?
A: Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. Please contact us for specific pricing and details.
Shipping & Delivery

A: Yes, we offer shipping services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the order.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery times depend on the type of service and the size of the order. Typically, custom orders take 1-2 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Yes, you can pick up your order from our location in Hickory, NC. Please let us know in advance so we can have your order ready for pickup.

Q: Can you create custom designs?

Q: What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
A: We accept various file formats including JPEG, PNG, PDF, and AI. If you have any questions about your file, feel free to contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
A: Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible due to the production process.
