Returns
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Custom-made products are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jason@rockbottombranding.com or call us at 828-234-2098. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Eligibility:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at jason@rockbottombranding.com or call 828-234-2098.
Shipping
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
